Peaches Releases Title Track + Music Video ‘No Lube So Rude’

Peaches releases the title track for her upcoming new album, “No Lube So Rude”, accompanied by a music video for her song ‘No Lube So Rude’. Produced in collaboration with Erika Lust, an indie erotic filmmaker, and directed by Matt Lambert, an equally influential queer filmmaker known for his bold, intimate visual language. The video was filmed at Queer Wagen Collective in Berlin, Germany.

Conceived as an anthem for lubrication in the driest, dustiest of times, ‘No Lube So Rude’ turns lube into both a practical necessity and a political statement. Through Peaches’ unmistakable voice and Lambert’s distinctive cinematic lens, humor, excess, and deliberate provocation collide to subvert cruising narratives often centered on cis-gay male perspectives, opening space for something far more expansive.

Through trans-masc, lesbian, mature, and femme intimacy, ‘No Lube So Rude’ explores what pleasure, care, and access can look like when desire is intentional, generous, and unapologetically wet. Camp aesthetics meet embodied politics in a future-leaning world where dryness is the enemy and lube becomes a tool for connection, survival, and joy.
